Accepted payment methods
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards through a secure gateway (Niubiz, Izipay or Stripe).
- PayPal.
- Bank transfer or deposit to accounts in the company’s name.
- Cash at our Cusco office (soles or dollars).
Deposits and balance
- Inca Trail: USD 200 deposit per person at booking, used to purchase permits.
- Multi-day treks: 30% deposit of the total.
- Day tours and services including trains or tickets: 100% payment to issue tickets.
- The balance is paid at the latest during the pre-departure briefing.
Surcharges
Card or PayPal payments may carry a gateway fee, shown before payment. International bank transfer fees are paid by the customer.
Receipts
We issue electronic receipts or invoices in accordance with SUNAT regulations. For an invoice, please provide your company name and tax ID when booking.
Refunds
Refunds due under the Terms and Conditions are made through the original payment method within 30 calendar days, minus non-recoverable gateway or bank fees.
Security
We do not store card details. Payments are processed directly on PCI DSS-certified platforms.
